The Key West Botanical Garden Society presents Lily Otero Pujol, on Thursday, May 20th at 1pm. Lily is a member of the CAPS (Cooperative Agriculture Pest Survey) team as a Biological Scientist IV/ Pest Survey Specialist for the South Florida region. Lily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Havana and a Ph.D. in Agronomy given by the São Paulo State University of Brazil. She has published several articles in scientific magazines and been a part of scientific studies related to fruit and vegetable production.
