Key West Tropical Forest Olive’s Spirit Anniversary at the Sidebar
“Journey with an Artist”
Begun as part of last season's Tom Majors Wood Art Invitational, The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is proud to continue our "Journey with an Artist" honoring W. Perry Arnold. The Garden has scheduled a celebratory Fundraiser titled "Olive's Spirit Anniversary at the Sidebar," 504 Angela Street for FRIDAY MARCH 13, 5:30-8:30 PM.
Admission is free and the evening includes a silent auction and cash bar, with appetizers provided. Expect short 'speeches' and original artwork representations recognizing Perry's generosity in creating and maintaining Olive's Spirit! Olive’s Spirit is a sculpture created by Perry from the trunk of an 85-year-old Black Olive tree which was felled by Hurricane Irma in September 2017.
The Key West Botanical Garden Society, Inc. is a registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation and all proceeds directly benefit the Garden’s conservation program. Donations are deductible under the Internal Revenue Service Code.
